visual c++ - unable to find stdio.h using scons with VC10 -

i using scons vc10. while compiling code getting error " unable find stdio.h".

do need add compiler specific path scons stdio.h?

but same code working in other machine.

the code same.

can please tell me reason error , how solve ?
