my problem despite tiny load cloud sql instance online way , though expect usage charges under scenario tiny, not, looking @ having commit package keep them under control rather paying usage.
see following graph instance uptime ends @ 6am (log time) (10pm utc)
then @ query load same period
my guess @ happening database connection being opened google app engine instance started (whether serving static or dynamic objects).
any ideas on how can resolve this?
the cloud sql query graph misleading. application getting queries throughout day, resulted in hit on database every hour. caused database half time. problem solved in forthcoming version of cloud console (cloud.google.com/console).
sorry confusion
