running an AngularJS app in general -

i taking baby steps angularjs. bit confused requiring webserver run angularjs sample or demo. reason study purpose have downloaded running examples , demos, not having luck it. simple demo of displaying name not working me. have specific simple app running. feel weird asking doubt requing webserver angularjs client side framework. nevertheless, hoping can throw light on this. in adavnce.

if use firefox, don't need server have basic app running. if use chrome, security reasons doesn't file-access librairies. librairies must serve in way. can have hello-world angularjs working opening classic index.html firefox, don't have start web server.
