jquery - Trigger autohotkey using javascript -

i'm making chrome extension me automatize tasks have , reached point need trigger autohotkey scripts.

is there way can trigger authotkey using javascript (i use jquery)? couldn't find until , tried failed.

any or direction appricated. in advance.

the http route right way go. can set small server using node.js node.js, , have spawn ahk script using 1 of child process functions. don't know how chrome extension security model works, might have mitigate cross-site scripting concerns. think that's solvable, haven't done so.
