activex - C++ reading file created in ProgramData with "run as Admin" -

i have activex deploys application on host. files placed in programdata deployment on win7 uac enabled browser started "run administrator". part of deployment creates log file.

late,on machines, when same activex tries read log file (this time ie executed without elevation user admin) - file contains first line. don't "access denied" , on. if start ie admin - i'm getting full information file.

please note - initial write file , later read file happens under same user admin.

i understand uac visualization happens - issue reproduced on machines. may related specific setting in uac ? please help
